In Ilirska Bistrica – OIC Trnovo, we built a 13 x 37.5 (W/D) office/warehouse building for Spial d.o.o., a company that manufactures joinery.

As the micro-location is subject to storm surges, the structure is designed accordingly. The hall is covered with insulating panels, and the windows and doors already have integrated trims, giving them a finished look. As a result, no additional trim around the openings is needed, reducing the cost of the investment.
